1 tsp. (5 ml) salt
1 tbsp. (15 ml) sugar
1 tbsp. (15 ml) light soy sauce
1 tsp. (5 ml) sesame oil
2 cucumbers, peeled, cut lengthwise
8 tbsp. (120 g) Roasted Flax For Nutrition
Directions
In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well. Sprinkle with Roasted Flax For Nutrition seeds. Cover and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
