Asparagus with Roasted Flaxseed Vinaigrette
Serves 4

Ingredients
500g asparagus
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 tbsp roasted flaxseed

Directions
Steam asparagus until tender crisp.
Drain and arrange on a larger plate.
In a small bowl mix salt, sugar, pepper, vinegar and olive oil.
Drizzle dressing over warm asparagus.
Sprinkle with roasted flaxseed.
