Substitute raisins for cranberries

Ingredients
0.5 cups canola oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp molasses
0.5 cup all purpose flour
0.5 cup milled roasted flaxseed
0.25 cup chopped walnuts
0.5 cup raisin
1.5 cups natural bran
1 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp cloves
0.5 tsp nutmeg
1 cup buttermilk

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Beat together first four ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients until just blended.
Pour into 12 lined muffin cups.
Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
Yield: 12 muffins
1 muffin/serving
