Spicy Flax Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin
1 tsp each ground cumin, coriander, oregano leaves, brown sugar
½ tsp each garlic powder and pepper
2 tbsp milled golden roasted flaxseed
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
In a small bowl mix olive oil with seasoning and milled flax seed. Pat dry meat with paper towel. Rub mixture evenly over pork. Grill with closed lid 20-25 minutes until thickest part reaches 155 F or 70 Celsius. Turn occasionaly. Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes, then slice. Serve with Flaxacado Tzatziki.
