Golden Roasted Potato Wedges
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients
2 tbsp light salad dressing of your choice, e.g. Italian or balsamico
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp rosemary
1 tbsp milled golden roasted flax seed
4 potatoes

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F (200C)
In a bowl mix salad dressing, olive oil, rosemary and milled flax seed.
Wash potatos and cut into wedges.
Toss wedges until well coated.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer.
Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes, or until tender.
