
Italian Bread Wedges
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients
Crust:
2 ½ cups flour
¼ cup milled roasted flax
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fermipan yeast
1 tsp salt
Topping:
½ tsp salt
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp sage
¼ tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup Italian dressing
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp whole golden roasted flax seed
Directions
Mix ingredients for crust in a bowl, knead in flour to form dough, cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Spread dough on pizza pan.
Brush dough evenly with Italian dressing. Mix spices and sprinkle evenly on dough, top with Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp golden roasted whole flax seed.
Bake at 400 F for 10-15 minutes.
