Spaghetti Alglo et Olio
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients
1 whole garlic bulb
1 chili pepper
4 Tbsp olive oil
250 g spaghetti
50 g Parmeasn cheese
15 g Golden Roasted Flaxseed, mille

Directions
Peel garlic and mince.Cut hot pepper in small slices.
Heat olive oil on low heat and saute garlic and hot pepper slowly.
Cook spaghetti according to package. Drain and mix with garlic-pepper mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and flaxseed.
Serve immediately.
