
Berry Spinach Salad Delite
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
6 cups spinach leaves, washed
1 ½ cups strawberries
½ cup blueberries
½ red onion
1 tbsp. golden roasted flaxseed
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
Directions
In a large bowl arrange spinach leaves.
Top with sliced strawberries, red onion rings and blueberries.
Mix balsamico vinegar with salt, sugar and oil. Drizzle over salad. Mix slightly.
Sprinkle with golden roasted flaxseed.
