Parmesan Flax Fries

Ingredients
1 egg white, lightly beaten
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup milled roasted flaxseed
1 tsp garlic salt
1 ¼ lb (4 medium)Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into wedges

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Combine eggwhite, flaxseed and Parmesan and garlic salt.
Add to potatoes in a large bowl; toss to coat evenly. Arrange onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes.
