Flaxy Seed Bread
You can vary the type of nuts and seed to suit your personal taste.

Ingredients
1 Egg
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup oil
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup walnuts or hazelnuts
2 tbsp milled Golden Roasted Flax
2 tbsp whole Golden roasted Flax
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Directions
In a large mixing bowl combine egg, buttermilk and oil. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and mix until all ingredients are moistened.
Spray loaf pan (9”x5”) with non- stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 F or 180 C for 50-60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool before removing from pan.
