Mango-Peach Roasted Flax Smoothie

 
Mango-Peach Roasted Flax Smoothie
Serves 4. 1 serving= 1 cup.

Ingredients
Prep Time: 5 minutes

2 mangos
1/2 cup (125 ml) of canned peaches
1/4 cup (50 ml) of syrup in canned peaches
1/2 cup (90 g) of roasted flax
1 cup (250 ml) skim milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) of vanilla ice-cream
1 tbsp. (15 ml) honey
2-3 fresh mint leaves

Directions
Combine all ingredients, except mint in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately. Use mint leaves as a garnish for each smoothie.
