Triple Berry Flax Smoothie
Serves 4. 1 serving= 1 cup.

Ingredients
Prep Time: 8 minutes

1 cup (250 ml) skim milk
2 tbsp. (30 ml) brown sugar
1/2 cup (125 ml) blueberries fresh or frozen
1/2 cup (125 ml) strawberries fresh or frozen
1/2 cup (125 ml) red raspberries fresh or frozen
1/2 cup (125 ml) roasted flax
1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
1 1/2 cup (375 ml) non-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions
Combine milk, fruit, ice cubes, yogurt, juice, brown sugar, and flax in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
