Fruit and Flax
Serves 4-6.

Ingredients
Prep Time: 15 minutes

Fruit Mix:
1 cup (250 ml) red or green grapes (sliced-optional)
1 cup (250 ml) strawberries-sliced
1 medium sized apple, peeled and cut
2 kiwis, peeled and cut
1 banana, peeled and cut
8 tbsp. (60 g) roasted flax (ground is optional, use a coffee or pepper grinder)
1 cup (250 ml) of watermelon

Sauce:
1 tbsp. (15 ml) brown sugar
3 tbsp. (45 ml) fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. (5 ml) cinnamon

Directions
Mix brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.

Slice, dice and mix together all fruits. Drizzle sauce on fruit. Mix and serve. You may serve this dessert with ice cream.
