
Roasted Flax Guacamole
A Mexican condiment that goes great with fajitas or tacos! Serves 10. (1 serving= 2 tbsp)
Ingredients
Prep Time: 5 minutes
2 ripe avocados peeled
2 tbsp. (30 ml) fresh lime or lemon juice
1/2 tsp. (2 ml) salt
1/2 tsp. (2 ml) ground black pepper
2 tbsp. (30 ml) fresh cilantro-chopped
6 tbsp. (45 g) Roasted Flax For Nutrition
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced (optional)
Directions
Mash peeled avocados in a bowl. Stir in fresh lime or lemon juice. Mix. Add remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
