| I purchase the blueberry and apple cinnamon on a monthly basis, I really really enjoy the product --- I eat it daily on my cereal and even snack on it with my fresh fruit. I put it in my kids yogurt drinks and my husbands cereal!!!! |

| I have been a fan of flax for several years, having taken it daily for almost four years. I have rheumatoid arthritis and firmly believe that flax has been an essential part, along with exercise, to the remission my disease has been in for almost three years now. I had been taking plain flax and a capsule of flax seed oil prior to trying the roastedflax your company has manufactured. I will never take another capsule!! This is absolutely the best product I have ever used. I love the taste, the texture, and most importantly the results. My arthristis is virtually symptom-free, and my energy has increased significantly-in fact, I'm going in a triathalon in the spring! Another bonus to this product is that my children love it aswell. My daughter, who is eight years old said to me the other day "Mommy I'm not that hungry for breakfast, can I just have a fruit and a handful of flax?" My other two children love this flax on ice cream or yogurt, or just eat it by the handful.
Congratulations on a wonderful product - I have told everyone I know about flax, and several of them have started using flax and feel great on it. I hear there are some new flavors soon-I can't wait!

| I tried your recipe Blueberry n' Flax muffins, and it was a hit. The yogurt added a nice flavour and the crunchy roasted flax on top was a great contrast. I can't wait to try the Chocolate Zucchini Flax recipe! Yum! |

| The bag of golden flax I ordered came in the mail yesterday and I just had to let you know how great it is! Last night we had stir-fry for dinner and sprinkled flax on top --yummy!!! My husband and 9 year old daughter surprised me by trying it and they thought it was really tasty, too. Roasted golden flax is absolutely nothing like the brown flax I've tried before. I'll definitely be ordering more from your company and will be sure to tell friends about it if they're thinking o adding flax to their diet. |
