We will ship your order via FedEx Ground (Standard Delivery) except for Alaska, Hawaii; U.S. Territories & APO AND FPO Addresses (see details below). We can supply a tracking number if you leave us your email address. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order. FedEx Ground service will deliver with or without a signature as per the driver’s discretion (ie: would not leave a package if it’s a transited street). Service includes 3 delivery attempts, after that, FedEx will try to reach you by phone to arrange a delivery or pick up (your package will be held only 5 business days after that). Unfortunately we won’t be responsible for undelivered orders if you didn’t provide a phone number, if the one you provided is invalid/incorrect or if you fail to arrange delivery with FedEx. CANADA - Standard Delivery Order usually arrives within 5-7 business days (for in-stock items only). UNITED STATES & U.S. TERRITORIES - Standard Delivery Order usually arrives within 10-14 business days (for in-stock items only). Please consider that we have no control over customs clearing process or delays. Due to US Customs Regulations, U.S. orders may not exceed $200.00 USD per single order.
